This workshop will consist of an exploration within The TL’s training, rep, + theatrical tasks. Expand Practice is a technique originated by Micaela Taylor in 2016 alongside the development of her company, The TL Collective. We begin with a guided improvisation that is charged with resistance + expansion of the entire body. Focusing on muscle strengthening, stamina building, + character development. This work encapsulates the mind + body with theatrical story telling + high athleticism. ​
